3. Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.

2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.

3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call or text 7572860407 or email us at perfectionistafloral@gmail.com.

4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling, texting or emailing us. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.

5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
